Hello everyone, I am so sick of lies that everyone has posted about me. So heres what really happened. I know that paul will once again "correct" me and say what I'm saying is total bullshit and lies, but who are you going to believe some kid that you just met or someone who has been running games for you since 2003.


The truths:

1. Yes I am lazy that was the truth, the forum doesn't take months to go back online, it takes days or If so 24 hours to have a constructible forum. I stopped working on this because I didn't care anymore, I was tired of being tortured for working hard on the games I hosted. I guess the words people have asked me hundreds of times "Why do you work for these people?!" Anyway.. If I was to try once again to run a successful community, I want the community that has stand by me to continue supporting us and making us big again. After all the lies, and the insults I'm pretty sure pauls brainwashing most likely worked on half the legit faithful community ( abcdefg99, and others )
   
2. Yes I've spent some money on personal items, but I'm sure you all knew that already. I bought a xbox 360 on ebay, and several games with it ( when I had thousands of dollars ) EDIT: nVidia 8800GTX Card, 700$ dollar base computer, computer parts, hard drive, ram, etc.. playstation 3. About..$500 dollars for personal items/home bills/parents/... you want the truth you got the truth..... please note some . The bills were paid every month.
   
3. Yes I'm a asshole to my staff and everyone else, I was trained to be a asshole when I first started this community with the people I watched in the past that I've learned off ( <3 Willy_Sunny ) anyway. I'm retraining myself to be more open minded to peoples complains and mistakes, it's gonna be hard but I will try my best.
   

The Lies

1. It's never ever been about the money ever I loved this community so much that I quit school for it. Because I actually though I could push LegacyGamers to be actually very profitable which it was for awhile till well you know what happened to GunZ. Now that we had to restart, I have taken up getting my GED (in which I'm taking the test in a few weeks) and I have a job at Wal-mart I will be starting soon. It's a part time job to get some extra cash on the side.
   
2. The stealing .. There was never any stealing from any community what so ever. Yes I go to several forums and some of the features such as Zoints profile system I took because I though it was awesome. So thats the only thing ********* has on me. Anyway.. Alot of my forum ideas are collected ideas from other forums or I modified them to look better/act better/more newbie friendly.
   
3. The 'forcing' of spyware. The clicksor ads had spyware in them, which is partially my fault, When several people reported to me that they have had spyware from my website, I ignored it, until Fran (Delta - from *********) yelled at me, and I acted on it. beware other communities also use these ads - aka RaGEZONE, gamenao, ******,etc. Clicksor is one of those advertisement companies which provide no credit card information or bank information to get money which is sent directly to your paypal account. Now that I use adsense ( google ads ) it sends directly to my bank account, which is then transfered to my paypal account. ( which takes about a week and a half )
   
4. We never....ever...ever DDOSed anyone, this is indeed a lie, and that Delta/Paul has no proof that I've done so, I'll end it there
   
5. theft of software.. I don't quite understand this one but.. If when our vbulletin forum was not legit, which is true. But other than that, I don't know.
   

Due to the amount of people that dislike me and how I run my community Deltaanime/Frantech did do a lot of work to keep us from falling, the database restores are true, the exploits is true, but I've learned from my mistakes in the past. The removing support from #legacygamers was total bullshit, It is because paul hates us and we have a past, 70% of the staff members there did not care to help us out, but paul was the head manager of the DaIRC support team, and obviously banned our channel from support causes, in which is the reason we moved to our own IRCd server, because of the constantly botnets and ban evaders in our channel and support would do nothing about it, and If they did they would be fired.

Delta is nothing but a scam artist! I've been running on his "hosting" for almost 2 years, paying $210 dollars for a VPS (Virtual Private server) which constantly had problems when we hosted Maplestory which crashed his whole VPS node(server) We now have a dedicated server which is 5x better than the one he had us on, and it costs less ($204/mo) for a actual dedicated server, and 10x better support than his company "frantech"

With claims from other people that he is selling legacygamers.net domain for thousands of dollars, and that he is going to give the domain to paul and so much more than that, I felt like a trapped rat, and I asked for the domain that I RAN since early 2003! He said no, he put to much "work" into it, and wouldn't give me it. Which is why we've deleted all the files off his servers, and removed the databases, emailed everyone that we were moving, and left as a thief in the night, 2 days later he found out and suspended the domain, and put up his little lies and advertisement of *********.

Delta is not such a nice man as you all think he is! don't believe his lies. I once though he was like a family member to me, "helping" me but now that I see hes just like the rest, all he cares about is himself, and that he is comfortable before he does anything for anyone, he always had to have something out of the deal with whatever!


EDIT: Okay maybe I was to harsh on Fran.. He did put a good amount of time into us, and the money he put into us was a good amount. so the bold part I Italic are not exactly so true. I made a lot of mistakes. But he shouldn't of put such lies on legacygamers.net such as us ddosing, spyware, etc to make himself look better, He should provided proof or have proof. But whatever so be it, you got my apologies.

Anyway... Gamingsync is back, and staying back, we will be hosting several games ( yes maplestory, more information will come soon ), World of Warcraft, Lineage II, and more later on.


I do hope you all believe these words I speak, because they are the truth. I have no reason to cover up my mistakes, I make a lot of them, I am human, I am still young (19) and I'm still learning.

That feels hype, all this for a vps?

Who cares about it, the people who goes to LG now are just newbs searching for a private server, so they wouldn't care what delta wrote. Still nice everything came back to normal.

Even after making this post people won't listen, they are still turning a blind eye.

People change and things change Keith, I for one thing this is a new beginning for not only GamingSync, but yourself.
We've talked more over MSN so i'll keep it short & sweet.
